Burnout Recovery Plan Course
Structure of the Course
The full course is divided into in 4 modules with 2-3 sections each. If you work on the content of each section for about 2-3 hours of time over two weeks, you’ll have plenty of time to process the information, respond to it, do the activities, and share what you’re learning with your allies. At that rate, the full course takes about 6 months. You have two options for accessing the course: One DIY Module at a Time or Community Based.

If you have trouble completing things on your own, this option is for you. My hope is that friendships will be made and our support networks will grow!
