    Events Only Membership

    $50 per event

When we’re burned out, we don’t just need rest. We need to renew our energy with special interests and pleasure. It can help to have a time set aside to enjoy creating, playing a game, or engaging with a special interest in parallel with others. This membership does not include access to the Burnout Recovery Plan Course or discussion boards. So far we’ve offered Creative/Parallel Play Groups, Role Playing Groups, and Peer Support Groups.

    One-on-One Support

If you need individual support, we can help with that, too!

BT can provide individual coaching for specific problems related to neurodivergence including: exploring your neurodivergence, burnout recovery, and career or education coaching. It’s different from therapy because BT can provide coaching support for people located anywhere, and coaching does not include support for trauma recovery, mental health concerns, or relationship issues.

If you are seeking autism/ADHD assessment or therapy for trauma recovery, relationship issues, or other mental health concerns, here’s how to reach therapists who work on World Too Full To Talk and a few places to find a therapist.
